NWS Storm Summary of the Feb 5th-6th Storm

The below link is to the Northern Indiana NWS site for the storm summary of the latest winter storm. The finally tally for Blackford County was somewhere in the 8-9 inch range. It was originally reported at 9-10 inches but that was probably 1-1.5 inches too high due to the strong winds. Just click on the link below to read more and review maps.

Yearly Spotter Training Class

The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana will be conducting a yearly severe weather spotter training class. It will be held at the Hartford City City Hall on Feb 24th, 7pm. It is an open training session and all are welcome.
